Fist of Kindness proudly announces its 2nd album Ponderin' with the Fist of Kindness. Ponderin' features a new sound - laid back, sultry minimalist funk combined with a neo-Balkan disco groove. Featuring the catastrophically imminent Gary Heidt (guitar & lead vocals), the legendary David Gould (drums), the impeccably dressed Richard Gross (banjo), the explosively revolutionary Matt Metzgar (percussion & vocals), and the extraterrestrial entity known to humans simply as Orin Buck (bass) - and a new "member," the 6th finger of the Fist, the inimitable, the immortal, the incomparable Cassandra Weston on trumpet and vocals.
